Journey of a Lifetime
JuzJaz is now seriously deciding on whether to go for the trip of her lifetime.
She hasn't make the decision yet but her spiritual self is yearning for the trip.Yes, she's afraid. Very afraid.BUT the level of her yearning is the same as her timid one.It's definitely not a easy decision. :/

Yesterday, Jaz bought a chance to win tickets to Japan :P

Went to visit a 师兄 at TTS juz now.
Jaz is glad he survived the motor accident ordeal.
大难不死， 必有后福!
After all, he has been through so many things the past few years.
Jaz sincerely hopes he gets well soon.
On the funny side, this Indian in his 60s or 70s? next to him,
kept asking Jaz & family to help him make a phone call.
He kept mumbling his phone number in 2 sets of 4 digits.
So Jaz's dad pressed the help button to ask a nurse to assist him.
There were juz soooo many nurses there, chatting, flipping through files, smiling & laughing but none came to attend to him. 5mins gone & Jaz's mom went out to get one.
A nurse came, heard, & went to check the cordless phone. She came back to said the phones were in use, asked him to wait for 5mins.
"Too late! Too late!" He said.

Well, he waited in the end, he got his phone, he made his call, the nurse went away.
Not long, he started to talk to Jaz & family again. Said he wanted to make call.
So Jaz's Dad kindly pressed the button for him again.
This time a passing nurse said he had to wait.
& before you know, he started putting the help button control over his ears, trying to talk.

Ok. Now Jaz knows why the nurses ignored him.
He kept looking at Jaz & family as they left the ward.
At the corner of Jaz's eyes, she saw him giving a helpless where-are-you-going look.

As you can see, Jaz bold the words:

Bet you know what her parents are going to do about it.
It's Wednesday today ya.

Lesson Three
Detox
The Theory
There are many ways our body detox.
Through urine, feces, sweat, mucus, tears, etc.
There's one way which most of us aren't aware of is...
Through our mouth.
When we're not eating, not digesting, not working on anything else...
Our body starts to detox.
Especially during period after your dinner digestion...
Bedtime..Till next day.
(assuming no snacks or supper in-between)
Naturally you will have bad breath by morning.
Cuz' all the toxic gather in your mouth...
Like how they gather in your nose in the form of mucus.
SO...by doing the following, you have one more way of detoxing.
The Practical
Everyday, when you wake up in the morning...
Before you do anything like brushing teeth or washing up...
Gargle / keep a tablespoon of
organic, first cold press, sunflower seed oil
in your mouth for 10-15minutes.
Yes. 10 - 15 minutes.
Meanwhile you can fold your blanket, tidy your bed, start boiling water for tea, prepare your breakfast, pick up the newspaper from the door, feed your dog, pack your bag, set aside your dressing attire...
OR
Simply do the half-bath.
It'll refresh the dull morning & keeps you awake & alert.
(let Jaz know if you're interested about doing the half-bath)
By then you can split out the oil into your toilet bowl.
It should look like some cloudy white/yellow mass.
YEP. Toxic.
After this, proceed on with brushing teeth, washing up, etc.
The Result
Yoga teacher said the oil will suck out the toxic from inside your mouth.
Toxic like germs or bacteria from within your teeth that even brushing can't get rid.
Soon you'll find that you dun have to visit the dentist for cleaning.
Not only that, it'll also absorb the toxic from your nose, your breathing pipe, etc...
& your liver in time to come.
She also speaks of real life stories of students who cure their irritating nose, lumps within the nose and even saved one from an operation to fix a seriously sensitive nose!
Apart from that, this will also clear out toxic in our head, so we will be able to think clearly, concentrate better, make right judgment & work diligently throughout the day.
Conclusion

Yeah, Jaz's attending Yoga classes you see.
She enjoyed her classes so far.

Jaz Almost Fainted
There has been no sound coming out from Jaz's computer since before 18th January 2007.
But TODAY...
THERE IS!!!
Wanna know the cause?
The speakers' plug came off

But of course, there was still the no-sound problem
Cuz' when Jaz plugs in her earphone at the back of the CPU, it's deaf.
Anyway thanks guys for fixing the sound!
& not forgetting the many many episodes of Prison Break + Amazing Race!
Buahahahhaha...
Though the afternoon majong session was short,
Jaz overturned her bad luck the last 2nd round & became the overall winner.

Photos brought back 'painful' memories.
Steamboat session got better each time.
Evening was full of laughters.
大小betting game was noisy & entertaining.
Everything ended sweet with mini ice-cream cones.
Refill 要加油！加油！加油！
If Jaz spotted the dice game, she'll inform you guys manz ;)
And oh, she forgot to mention...
She might be falling sick real soon.

It's been a whirlwind of events after Jaz returned from Taiwan.
Thursday mid-nite
Touched down. Ate burger king with family.
Chitchatted & left about 2 or 3am.
Unpack some luggage & slept at 5 or 6am.
Shag.
Friday afternoon
Unpack some more luggage. Checked in chalet.
Friday evening
Home for sis's birthday celebration.
Saturday 1am
Returned to chalet.
Spent the weekends bbq-ing, playing 大小, majong.
Sunday late morning
Went home rest.
Monday-Thursday
Learn new things + unpack & tidy newly bought stuffs + new year shopping + tidy room.
Thursday
Went cycling with sisters & BB at East Coast Park.
Watched some sunsetting.
Soaked feet + shouted lungs out by the beach.
Attempted to learn cycling alone but failed

Waffle shop closed for renovation :(
Friday
O Level Result Day, went gym with sis.
Saturday(today)
Jaz & dad met up with her old friend for chat + lunch.
Went to get some very very bitter + quite expensive herbal 'drinks' at Bukit Timah.
Went home for a 40mins short nap.
Meet sis at 4pm to walk to Junction 8.
Today must be one of Jaz's craziest moment.
It's worst than queuing for Mayday.
4.45pm
Started queuing; entrance of the construction site
( down the road, the stretch along charles & keith shop)
Bumped into Joc, Jerry & Lis at taxi stand.
One year old Lis was pointing & laughing happily at Jaz.
Maybe mocking her for such a crazy act.

5+pm
罗志祥 sitting in a mini-bus drove passed the queue!
He was posing at the last seat in big sunnies, wearing white.
Someone said he was doing the ultraman pose.
Kekeke.
And Jaz saw someone in the bus filming the long queue!
Duh...
A while after, this auntie on her mobile, walking pass Jaz & sis, said:
"他在绕圈圈”
And before they knew it, she pointed ahead & said:
"Dor, 他来了！”
The crowd quickly looked and the mini-bus came by again!
Well...maybe Jaz was too dreamy...
She thought he waved back at her when she waved!!!
It was after he waved that Jaz's sis waved too.
Cuz' when Jaz told her sis, she said he waved at her too

But seriously, Jaz recalled no one was waving at him at that point!
Jaz started the waving okay!
Ok lah, whatever you think :P
Around 7pm
Reached Long John Silver
Inbetween 7pm - 8pm
Heard rumours there's another queue at level 3, Jaz's sis decided to take a risk & went up, leaving Jaz in the queue. Jaz's sis took the 2 albums along.
Around 8pm
Jaz's sis managed to get in the autograph area smoothly & quickly, so Jaz left the queue at Long John Silver & went up. However she was too late, Jaz's sis already went in. She left the other album with her friend & Jaz had to walk to Kiddy Palace to collect. At the entrance of the autograph area, Jaz queued behind 4 or 5 persons - thinking the security officers will let them in, like how Jaz's sis entered. Unfortunately, they brought in the crowd who queued downstairs & refused entry to the people queuing outside Osim :( Soon, Jaz then spotted the people whom she queued together at Long John Silver, entering the area :(((
Sianzzz...
Jaz wanted to give up liao.
:(((
Then suddenly, she heard a friend of the person queuing behind her said something like:
"Why dun you go over the other side(Häagen-Dazs), joined in the entering queue?"
She quickly turned to follow the girl to the other side where an ending line of crowd happened to passby. She quickly cut in the loose crowd, following the back of another security officer.
AND
She entered successfully!!!

You duno how sianz Jaz was when she saw the girl queuing behind her entering the area before she does!

Anyway there was a nice China girl who offered to help struggling short Jaz take photos when 罗志祥 stood up for some reason she can't remember. And for some reason, the China girl & her friend didn't went up the stage??? Maybe they din buy his album.
*shrugs*
So much for a nice soul.
And OH!
Jaz had the privilege of seeing him up close for about
ummm...1 minute longer than the rest :P
Cuz' of this auntie, along with her 3 kids in front.
The auntie requested him to sign on her daughter's wallet.
She explained to him that her daughter's copy of his signed album was taken away by her friend when she went toilet! So she re-queued again for another signature!
Well, she was very emotional and he was very stunned.
It's seems that he duno how to react. He duno whether he should sign.
The auntie refused to leave the stage too. Then his agent finally agreed & he signed on her pink wallet.
Her daughter's eyes were red when she went upstage & she was tearing when she went down.
Awww...
Ling Zhi even said '小妹妹，不要哭‘
BUT that's not all.
Jaz thinks the girl forgot to take her autographed album!!!
Cuz when Jaz put her copy on the table, he already had another copy on his hand, signed.
He gave that copy to Jaz & Jaz was confused.
At that moment, Jaz abandoned her own copy, took the album, thinking 'never mind, every copy is the same'. She then gave the stunned 罗志祥 a smile, shook hands with him & left!!!
(Oh ya...he din smile leh. Still stun-ed)
However, the issue here is:
She forgot she took out the calendar cards from her own copy!!!
Oh gosh!!! The person behind Jaz must be cursing Jaz now!!!
Cuz' she/he's got Jaz's copy without the calendar cards!!!

Jaz dun mean to okay.
She dun feel good either.
She dun even know who's standing behind her!!!
Come to think of it, she already forgot how the hand-shake feels like
Cuz' he's such a 'light hand-shaker'!
BUT, she can still remembered his stun-ed rounded eyes.
Ahahaha...
Jaz took lotsa photos and 2 videos but not all were well taken.

They removed the queuing barrier & asked the crowd to WALK in.
Else he'll leave immediately.
Everyone was obedient.

together with their mom who came to look for them.
Mom & gang(Anthony, Gloria, etc) refused to go dinner without Jaz & sis.
Aiyo...
Conclusion
Jaz is not really a crazy fan of 罗志祥.
She juz watch 娱乐百分百 when she has time, find him very humorous & quite a dancer.
Anyway, to her, it's an autograph session she can dun go lah.
She can turn down her sis but since it's near home, her sista is alone, and for the joy of it...
She went lah.
To get up close & personal with him.
Actually, she thinks it's fun doing silly things.
It sure comes at a quite a high price.
The queue, the sweat, the sore flattened feet.
But at the end of the day, it's an 'achievement' Jaz will remember.
His signature in gold on his album.
Buahaha...
Well, after that, some unhappy incident happened in the car.
It might be useless to repeat but Jaz still wanna say to her sis:
The joke went overboard.

Opposite of Sad is Happy
Jaz felt really sad to hear a Taiwan artiste's accident death.
:(((
She's 27 or 28, around Jaz's age.
Jaz thought it'll be devastating for her family & friends.
Weirdly, Jaz somehow feels the unbearable, agitated emotions of such a loss.
Xu Wei Lun is juz so young...
Life's short, you never know what's going to happen. Sigh.

Anyway, Jaz juz finished planning her itinerary.
And now she's all set for the trip!!!

And now she's all set for the trip!!!

Reviewing Twenty
Okay, let's see how much Jaz has done the past few days:
ONE Her PC is not making any sound. She'll have to fix it before she can convert the TWO 表姐's videos and her THREE dad's mp3 recordings to discs. She also have to FOUR setup wireless broadband connection at block 123 so Dad and sisters can use internet anywhere in the house. But before that, the FIVE old PC will have to get a Ethernet card so as to support the wireless modem. Jaz will have to make SIX a trip down Sim Lim to get Ethernet card. She too have to get SEVEN ram for the old laptop & EIGHT reinstall windows XP on it, so her cousin can use it. It's her mom's promise to him. [Jaz found the ram but it was too expensive, $110 for one, & the laptop needs two! So no laptop for Weihao!] She will have to NINE fix up the old PC back at home, else her mom is going to nag at her as the Chinese New Year is coming. Not to mention, she has to TEN renew her bankbook, ELEVEN luggage to pack, TWELVE a 4 days trip to plan, THIRTEEN birthday presents to find and FOURTEEN chalet to attend.
But most importantly is FIFTEEN the spring cleaning, that on-going now. She kept lotsa stuffs past years so there's lots to clear up & throw away.
And that's not all.
Tonight she and her mom are SIXTEEN going to Queenstown library to work till dawn.
SEVENTEEN Celebrating Mom's birthday celebration tomorrow night. EIGHTEEN Attending and photographer for Annalisa's birthday party on Saturday. NINETEEN Kelvin's Mom's birthday dinner on Sunday, abandoning Justin's wedding dinner. [She din meet up for any dinner :/]
Last but not least,
TWENTY Some good sleep, drools over Jensen Ackles in Supernatural and
Smile :)
[She juz watched 4 episodes of Supernatural last night! Ahahaha... ]
Three more days to Taiwan!

Yesterday
At this point of time, Jaz should say it was yesterday.
But she prefers to say it TODAY, cuz' she haven't sleep yet :P
Jaz's mom decided to celebrate birthday in advance cuz' there's wedding dinner to attend on Sunday. So Jaz + family + relatives had dinner at Crystal Jade at Junction 8.
She forced her dad to buy a bouquet of roses before entering the restaurant.
(Jaz's Mom was already waiting inside)
Asked how much was the half dozen red furry roses - $68.
He asked whether there was other alternatives.
The guy pointed to another bouquet with more little accompanying flowers & said $50.
He asked Jaz for opinion.
Jaz simply said the better one cost more.
He chose the red furry roses.
:D
Heng he chose that! Else Jaz would call him a miser!
Based on the fact he juz struck a windfall + little winnings from stock.
AND that he never gave mom flowers since duno when!!!
How unromantic!
Jaz thinks she saw little joy of tears brimming in her mom's eyes when she received the roses. Hehehe.
And she thought she overheard mom telling 表姐 that he never gave her flowers!
GOSH.
Anyway, Jaz thought the $68 was well spent.
Though expensive, mom was happy :)
Dinner was not bad.
Peking duck, tasty fried wantons(ordered twice!), yummy plain porridge, pepper salted fried toufu, etc, etc.
Ended with nice mango pudding for me, durian pudding for BB.
The durian pudding was not bad!!! Unless you dun like durian.
After dinner, Jaz, mom & 表姐 had some happy shopping at The Body Shop.
Jaz's thankful she applied the Body Shop member card!
She already earned 6 chops! That's some big amount of dollars spent there within 1 week??!!!
表姐 & mom got what they wan at 10% discount.
Jaz got the passion fruit body butter at discounted price of $16.90(usual $28.90)
She wouldn't have get it at the usual price for sure!
Now she has got the whole series of passion fruit stuffs:
Passion fruit bath & shower gel, Passion fruit body scrub, Passion fruit body butter
Weee~!
Next, she'll be aiming for the new scent - Neroli Jasmin stuffs!

To end the day in sweetness,
the cake mom ordered was heart shaped, top-full of strawberries,
in white cream & layered vanilla sponge!!!
A little sinful, nonetheless delicious.
Jaz's skeptical mom asked her before tuning to bed:
"Papa asked you all to help him buy the roses or he bought himself?"
(something close to this, Jaz can't recall)
"We asked him buy wan lah!"
Sorry mom & dad.
The truth has to be told :P
Before Jaz ends this post, some drama occurred!
For 10 minutes, she thought her Sony H1 was spoilt!!!
The camera couldn't start up! It switched off the moment it started!
The zooming len couldn't retract!
:O
Jaz kept her cool.
Had a short chat with her BB over the phone.
Tried the camera again.
Took out the existing batteries.
Tried old batteries.
And good old H1 is back!
PHEW!
SO...
It's the sony rechargeable batteries problem.
But Jaz's not too sure about that. She's recharging them now.
If tomorrow they doesn't work, that means...
Time to get NEW rechargeable batts!

It took Jaz a little while to get over her emo day.
She feels better now...
...and lots to do.
